Which subscription a buyer should take?

 We recommend to Professional or Private buyer to choose the subscription ArtPilot Auction.

It offers a large selection of Fine Arts and Antique coming from different sources : Auction Houses, Galleries, Professionals, and Privates.

The subscription gives access to the complete information for the Fine Arts and Antique coming from Auction Houses.

You have the possibility to make research with the calendar and the section Up coming Auctions where the lots are classified by location, price, theme, product...

You have at your disposal for each lot : useful tools to make easy the communication with the Auction Houses.. This way, you can send messages to the sellers with only one click.

The subscription gives access to the search Engine which allows you to make a refined research in all sections ( upcoming auctions, Ads).

You will be able to create Alerts from your private area : Each time a lot corresponding to your alert will enter on the site you will immediately be informed about it by email.

Which method of payment can I use ?
You can pay by credit card through the Secured Paypal System, no matter if you have a Paypal number or not.
It is not necessary to open a Paypal account. You have to fill the form and you acceed to the Paypal Secure Payment service.

How to search an auction sale?

By browsing the CALENDAR.
You will find the upcoming sales (Auctions) classified by date, by themes and by location.

How to consult the Fine Art in the upcoming sales?

- By browsing the section UPCOMING SALES
By clicking on UPCOMING SALES, you will find on the upper page, the refined research bar with the different categories.
The Fine Art in the upcoming sales classified in a hundred of categories which allow you a very quick research.
Choose the category which interests you. You can consult it as a whole or choose one refined category - by country of origin of the artist (Germany, Italy, France) or by topic (Still life’s, portraits, marine, scene de genre ...)
- By the SEARCH ENGINE
You will find the SEARCH ENGINE in the upper right page. If you type the name of an artist, the SEARCH ENGINE will give your as result all the Fine Art of this artist in the upcoming sales.

If a lot interests me what should I do?

You can be in direct contact with the sellers.

If you are interested in a lot within the section  Ads  you only have to register free.

If you are interested in a lot within the section  Upcoming Auction or  Calendar    , a subscription is needed. (ArtPilotAuction ou ArtPilot Premium).
Once registered, you only have to use the tools at your disposal on the bottom of each lot details. .

With a single click, you can ask on line for :
- a CONDITION REPORT of the lot (a reliable and complementary information ) .
- some ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHS (in high definition)
- a personal demand with ASK A QUESTION
- a TELEPHONE BID .or PLACE A BID Should you provide your IBAN number (International Bank Account Number) , this information is required by the Auction House in order to confirm the bidder solvability.
- MAKE AN OFFER
You have NO additional COMMISSION to be supported.
All your requests will be confirmed to you in the minutes which follow and will be real-time transmitted in the Sellers.

How to have my Art On  line in ArtAuctionPilot.com?

The first step is to contact us mail (info@artauctionpilot.com) in order to obtain our agreement according our own selection. :
We need to have idea of your Ads in consulting photos or your website..

Then, second step a subscription is needed : ARTPILOT PLUS ou ARTPILOT PREMIUM
Last, you will have your private administration. You will have possibility to make different catalogues, and edit unlimited Ads as long as your subscription is valid.

You will have a person in ArtAuctionPilot who will assist you

How do the Ads work?

Once registered, the potential buyer can use the links at their disposal on each Ad.

ArtAuctionPilot doesn’t take any commission. The seller will receive the message by email, and be able to be in direct contact with the seller.

How to be advised as soon as my favorite Fine Art comes in sale?

ART AUCTION PILOT uses a very competitive system of alert.
Once subscriber you should fill your selection ALERTS. . Each time a lot of one of these artists will enter on the site you will immediately be informed about it by email.

How  to be in contact with the sellers?

If the seller is in Ads Section, you only need to proceed to a free registration.

Which subscription should I take if I am a seller and a buyer?

If you subscribe the ArtPilot Premium, you will have access to all services on our website.
